Yes! Our premium collection uses 100% Remy Human Hair, providing the most natural appearance and texture. Our Remy wigs allow for custom styling including curling, flat ironing, and even dyeing — just like your natural hair.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days within the US. International shipping typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. WigVo Club VIP members enjoy complimentary express shipping (1–2 business days) on all orders automatically.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! We currently deliver to over 80 countries including the UK, Nigeria, Canada, France, Australia, and Vietnam. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Can I return a wig if it doesn’t fit?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy for unworn, unwashed wigs in their original packaging with all tags attached. Custom-colored or specially ordered wigs are final sale. Visit our

How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Simply contact our support team or use the “Return Item” option in your Account Settings order history. We’ll email you a pre-paid return label within 24 hours. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.
