- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Wig remains unworn, unwashed, and unaltered (the lace must not be cut or customized).
- All original packaging, tissue paper, labels, and net covers are returned intact.
- Wig cap and style are free of makeup, perfumes, hair spray, or styling products.

Log into your WigVo Account Portal, select the order code, and click "Request Return". Choose refund or style exchange.

Print Shipping Label
A pre-paid shipping label will be generated and sent directly to your email within minutes. Print it and secure it to your box.

Handover Box
Pack the wig carefully in its original box to avoid damage during transit. Hand it over to the specified courier (DHL or FedEx).

Once your parcel arrives back at our digital check center, our inspection team will review the wig condition within 3 business days:
- Approval: You will receive an immediate confirmation email.
- Timelines: Refunds are processed back to your original payment method (Stripe/Card) within 5–10 business days.
- Store Credit Option: Select store credit for instant approval and an extra 10% bonus towards your next WigVo boutique purchase.

❌ 4. Policy Exclusions
To preserve hygiene standards, specific items are ineligible for return or exchange:
- Wigs where the front lace has been cut, trimmed, or customized.
- Wigs that have been custom colored, bleached, or hot-styled by the client.
- Items bought during clearance sales labeled as “Final Sale”.
- Adhesives, tape, scalp protectors, and accessory hair tools once opened.
